Xpublish Quality Guarantee Document

Scope of Guarantee Xpublish hereby provides a performance guarantee for the covers designed for published books. This guarantee aims to ensure that the book cover significantly contributes to the commercial success of the book through Amazon advertising.

Conditions of Guarantee The guarantee provided by Xpublish is valid provided that the Click-Through Rate (CTR) for the book in "broad" type Amazon advertising campaigns does not reach 0.5% using keywords highly relevant to the book's theme (e.g., "Keto" for a Keto diet book).

Requirements for Guarantee Activation For the guarantee to be considered valid and actionable, all the following conditions must be met:

  • At least 30 days have passed since the book's publication date on Amazon.
  • The book has received at least 20 reviews with an average rating of at least 4 out of 5 stars on Amazon.
  • The brief provided for the cover design must be consistent with the market niche and type of book. For example, a book on a diabetic diet should not have a cover featuring images of sweets.
  • The book's selling price must be in line with the market prices of competitors. If similar books are sold at €10, a price of €50 would invalidate the guarantee.
  • The cover has not been altered by the purchaser prior to publication.

Mode of Exercising the Guarantee If the 0.5% CTR is not achieved and all the above conditions are met, Xpublish commits to redesigning the book cover for free to achieve the desired result. The customer must submit a formal request via email to services@xpublish.io, attaching the advertising performance data and proof of eligibility criteria fulfillment.

Limitations of the Guarantee This guarantee does not cover cases where the lack of performance is attributable to factors external to the quality of the cover, such as, but not limited to, visibility issues of the advertisements, changes in Amazon's algorithms, or inadequate promotional activities.

Validity of the Guarantee This guarantee is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of publication of the book.
